Ask a Computing Question   Online forms for students and faculty/staff to ask a computing question or to request service.

Check a service call status   Lists of all outstanding requests for service from ITS made via the CCC (Computer Consulting Center). These lists are updated once daily, therefore, a service call may not appear immediately.

Computer Consulting Center   The Computer Consulting Center (CCC) provides customer assistance to the UNI community for ITS supported software applications, computer accounts, network connectivity, electronic mail accessibility, and password resets. The Consulting Center is open on the standard UNI office schedule: weekdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the academic year, and 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM during the summer months. Hours may be extended during times of heavy demand.
