Dr. Phil Hibbard

Phil is an Educational Technology Specialist in Information Technology Services at UNI. He received his BS from Iowa State University, his MS from The University of Northern Colorado, and his Ed.D. from The University of Northern Iowa. Phil has 20 years experience teaching in grades 8-12 and 16 years experience at the university level, teaching and developing and conducting technology training. In addition to his university duties, Phil is involved at the national level with AECT (Association for Educational Communication & Technology) and has developed and presented numerous workshops for the Iowa Educational Technology Training Institute (IETTI) as well as other state and national organizations.
