The group formerly known as the WebCT Institutes has now re-grouped under the “Leading Campuses International Network” banner. Our goal is to provide a means of sharing best practices related to effective use of learning management systems and affiliated tools to enhance learning and teaching. Our first venture is to sponsor a series of online seminars in Fall and Spring of 2007-08. Linked to this post is the flyer for the seminars. UNI also serves as a campus-based regional outreach center to meet the growing demand for faculty training on the use of the powerful online course tools. We offer workshops on how to use the Blackboard Learning System CE Enterprise (formally known as WebCT CE 6/Vista) to organizations outside the University for a nominal fee.
