Advanced registration is required for all attendees.
To complete your registration, please download the PDF version of the ICE-T registration form(s) by clicking the link(s) below. Then print and either fax or mail in your registration form. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader version 4.0 or above to view the document. The $25 registration fee must accompany the registration form for all registrants. Full tuition must be paid by the beginning of the first day's activities. Personal checks or purchase orders are acceptable; we cannot accept credit or procurement cards. UNI faculty should include their grant application with the registration form and may use an interdepartmental requisition for the registration fee.
If graduate credit is desired additional registration materials will be completed during the first day of the Institute.
