Production IS Services Outage

Scheduled for: 
July 25, 2013 - 4:30am - 6:00am
ITS-IS will be updating the disk array (SAN) that provides storage for every ITS-IS production systems.  These systems will be unavailable from 4:30AM to 6:00AM on Thursday, July 25th.  This will impact the availability of all ITS-IS services (which include, but is not limited to) the following services:
  • University authenticated services (CatID):
    • My UNIverse Portal
    • UNI eLearning
    • University Reports
    • AdAstra
    • UNI Google Web-based Applications
    • Document Imaging Services
    • University Facilities Management (FAMIS)
    • Self-Service Java and CGI Web Applications

    • Peoplesoft Campus Solutions
    • My Universe Portal

This outage is necessary to improve disaster recovery services.  This will further improve hardware availability and robustness
