ID Card Replacement Costs

 

The PPCIT endorsed the recommendation of the Campus ID Card committee to adopt a $20 replacement cost for lost and stolen ID cards. It was noted by the Campus Card Committee that the merit contract requires the University to provide one card for each person and replace one card per year free of charge. There will be no cost for replacing non-working cards, damaged or worn out cards or exchanging cards due to name changes.
