Participants will learn key strategies that high performing schools use to leverage resources, and identify the knowledge and skills needed in order to better allocate money, people and time to meet the needs of all students.  You will take back to your district strategies and policies you can implement to support schools in strategic resource use, options available to focus resources on student need, tools to support further analysis of your district’s resource use, and action steps for your district’s future moves around resource allocation.
