Track 15: Alignment for Continuous Improvement
Aligning the many facets of the school organization is essential to continuous improvement. A clear vision for the future, a budget that refelcts the district's core values, solid data and information that can inform decision making, shared leadership, a challenging curriculum, professional development that will raise achievement, and policies that guide best practice are all critical elements for success. Participants will learn how to connect and align all of these critical elements with the comprehensive school improvement plan for clearer direction, consistency of purpose, and continuous improvement.
