Building your budget and presenting it to the board and your school district community in a clear and understandable manner can make a difference in the support you receive as a superintendent from both your board and your community. In this session experienced budget preparers and public speakers will work with you to develop your budget presentation using your budget figures and PowerPoint. Participants will also examine district fiscal indicators to help address future financial issues and justify the proposed budget.
