	Tom Narak
Tom Narak has been the Superintendent of Schools in the West Des Moines Community School District since July 2004. Prior to his current position, he was Superintendent of Schools in Indianola for a period of seven years and in Alta for seven years. He has additional administrative experience in Iowa and Nebraska as a secondary principal, middle level/elementary principal, and as a County Superintendent . He received his Ed.D and Ed.S. degrees from the University of Nebraska. His M.S. degree is from Northwest Missouri State and his B.S. degree is from Morningside College. He is a Rotary member and past club president. He serves on several local and regional boards.
