Paula Vincent

Dr. Vincent is currently Superintendent of Schools in the Clear Creek Amana Community School District in east central Iowa.  She has had a diverse professional career with experiences as a classroom teacher in suburban Kansas City and rural Iowa, a director of special education in an Iowa Area Education Agency and a central office administrator.   She is a strong advocate for public schools and individualized learning plans for every student.

Dr. Vincent is known for her work in innovative systems to support teacher learning, incorporating the principals of interactive design and quality improvement into the daily work of schools, and is a frequent guest lecturer in classes for aspiring school administrators.  She serves on many state and local boards and committees, including serving as the chair of the Board of Directors for the Grant Wood Regional Red Cross chapter and the Iowa Leadership Task Force for evaluation of school administrators.
