Dr. Vincent is currently Chief Administrator of the Heartland Area Education Agency in Johnston.  She has had a diverse professional career with experiences from the classroom to the central office in rural and urban school districts.  A strong advocate for public schools and personalized student learning, Dr. Vincent has a particular interest in applying the principles of interactive design and quality improvement into the daily work of schools.
