Lisa Oakley
Lisa is Director of School Finance at the Iowa Department of Management. She administers the school foundation aid formula, and the annual budget and tax certification process. Lisa has worked in Iowa state government since 1985. Previously, Lisa was a division administrator for Iowa Workforce Development and a fiscal and policy analyst with the Department of Management. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Drake University.
