Lea Davidson
Lea Davidson helps facilitate school improvement for the Dallas Center-Grimes Community school district. She currently also serves as the principal for the new North Ridge Elementary School. While at Dallas Center-Grimes Lea has facilitated the district's vision of school improvement and developed systematic structures of accountability needed to monitor school improvement efforts. Lea has worked at Dallas Center-Grimes for 20 years. She earned her BA from Drake University and her MS from Iowa State University.
