Larry Sigel
Larry joined the Iowa Association of School Boards in January 2000, after spending over 9 years with the Legislative Fiscal Bureau. Larry specializes in school finance, the state foundation formula, and property tax issues. Larry holds a BA in Business Administration (Finance) and Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa.
