Jim Moore
Jim has been with the Iowa Association of School Boards since November, 2002. In his role as Labor Relations Director he works with collective bargaining (Chapter 20) issues including evaluating contract language and impasse positions, evaluating and ranking neutrals (grievance and impasse), and providing resources for collective bargaining issues. He serves as the district's go to person on questions regarding collective bargaining. He received his labor economics degrees from the University of Kentucky and Western Michigan University.
