Since 1993, Bill has been serving as administrator and financial consultant to Prairie Lakes AEA 8 school districts. In 2004, Bill retired from administration, but has continued his private consulting in school finance. Bill has created an efficient method of assisting school districts with the budgeting process as well as providing a better understanding of school finances. The budgeting process is completed within one day utilizing a computer lab and a computerized budgeting program. In addition he creates a climate for sharing of financial options with board secretaries and superintendents who attend his workshops. He has been a DE Finance Roundtable member. Bill received his MA in administration and physical education and a BA in math/physical education from the University of Northern Iowa.
