Why did you choose UNI?

The university seemed really interested in me, I found the people to be friendly and I heard Iowa had a safe environment.

What was your favorite spot on campus and why?

The WRC, the facilities there are really great. I was always there every Friday playing football (soccer) with my friends.

What is the one thing you would tell an international student about attending a college in the United States?

It’s a good experience to be abroad, you don’t only learn academics but you also learn how to live and be responsible. It might be tough at the airport or getting a VISA, but it’s totally worth it and Iowa is a really good place to be, the people are down to earth and really friendly.
