Master
of Arts
English
The Master of Arts program is a highly flexible one. The plan
of study prescribed for each student depends upon the student's
undergraduate preparation, experience, and future plans. The
needs of the student, as determined by the student and her/his
advisor and departmental committee, are the guiding factors
in course selection. On most programs both the thesis and the
non-thesis plans are available. Only selected students complete
the Program Approval process.
