UNI Policy on the Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) Program
The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) is pleased to recognize ACT Education Solutions, Limited’s Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) Program as satisfying admission requirements for UNI.
Specifically, these admission requirements are:
- Minimum Overall GAC Grade Point Average 2.5 GPA
- Minimum Demonstration of English TOEFL score of 79 (iBT), or IELTS of 6.0, or ACT English score of 20
GAC graduates are eligible to apply for scholarships to the value of $2000 - $8000.
The University of Northern Iowa will provide 33 hours of credit exemptions/advanced standing into its undergraduate programs. Specifically, these are:
