The International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) provides services to international students and scholars including: orientation, immigration advising, visa securement, personal advising and counseling, orientation, special programs and activities, etc. In addition, it provides visa services, travel safety, and travel health advice to UNI faculty and staff traveling abroad on University business.

International Students and Scholars Office Name Change
The International Services Office name has been changed to the International Students and Scholars Office (“ISSO”) to reflect a broader range of constituents it will be serving and to bring the name of the office into line with the name used by like offices at most other universities in the United States.
