Supports conferences, workshops, and research projects that address Democratic Governance, Sustainable Resource Management, U.S. Policy toward Latin America, Antarctica Science and Policy, and Education. The foundation encourages collaboration among organizations in the U.S., Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Letters of intent are strongly encouraged before the annual deadlines.
