This fall, Cedar Valley Japan Club is offering Japanese Home Cooking Class as a part of their fund raising activities for the Great East Japan Earthquake & Tsunami relief. All the profit from the cooking class will be donated to UNI’s Japan Tsunami Relief Fund. The class will be held on September 12, October 10, and November 14 in Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Cost is $25 per person per class.
