Welcome to the University of Northern Iowa Office of International Programs.  UNI has as its mission to offer a world class university experience. That means UNI must bring the world to its campus and introduce the UNI community to the world. The Office of International Programs is committed to working with students, faculty, and staff to provide opportunities for all to become knowledgeable and responsible global citizens.

A peaceful and prosperous world relies upon deep understanding and appreciation for the diversity of cultures and perspectives that are the fabric of our global community.  Such knowledge and understanding is attained best when peoples from around the world come together to learn, to work, to play, and to share their dreams and ambitions.
