Joy Cole Corning Distinguished Leadership Lecture Series

Corning Photo

Established in 2001 by University of Northern Iowa alumna and former Iowa Lt. Governor Joy Cole Corning, the Joy Cole Corning Distinguished Leadership Lecture Series brings to campus nationally and internationally renowned leaders in the arts, business, education, government and the judiciary.

The series affords students the opportunity to understand what constitutes leadership across disciplines and to discover how people become leaders in their respective fields. Most important, students will benefit immeasurably through direct interaction with the speakers—an integral part of the series’ format.
