UNI Continuing and Distance Education to offer Master of Social Work

UNI's Department of Social Work, via Continuing and Distance Education, will offer a master's degree in social work beginning spring 2016. The goal of this program is to develop the social work specialization workforce in the underserved areas of Iowa with a focus on individuals who lack the opportunity to attend regular on-campus courses.

UNI professor to present lecture on 'lost-and-found' manuscript

UNI School of Music professor Alison Altstatt will present a lecture, part of the "Musically Speaking" series, titled "Re-membering the Wilton Processional: A Manuscript Lost and Found" at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 9, in Russell Hall, Room 116.

UNI Lifelong University announces fall 2015 courses

UNI's Lifelong University will offer six noncredit classes this fall to be taught by retired and current UNI professors. Courses are formatted into four-week, three-week and one-time workshops.
