Alliance for Gerontology Education (AGE)

The AGE has two general purposes. First, AGE encourages more individuals to choose careers in gerontology and to remain in Iowa to serve the state’s rapidly aging population. Second, in order to heighten students’ interest in professions serving the elderly, AGE is has developed information to assist educators in incorporating gerontology into existing courses or develop new courses.
