Community After 9/11

The 2011-12 Reaching for Higher Ground project focused on "Community after 9/11" and was centered around the theme of community.

The project's aim was to build a stronger campus community, one more accepting of people of different national origin and religious backgrounds.

A series of signature events promoted civil discourse around the Sept. 11 attacks, while honoring those lost, the survivors and discussing the impact to U.S. foreign and domestic policies.
