Please note the following information regarding the administration of your allergy injections.
- Allergy injections are administered:
Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Please call(319) 273-2009 to schedule your appointment.
You need to allow about 30 minutes for your entire visit.
- You will need to remain in the SHC 20 minutes after your injection(s), and the nurse will check your injection site(s) prior to you leaving.
- Always inform the nurse of any concerns/reactions from previous injections
- Inform the nurse if you are not feeling well the day of your scheduled injection or if you are taking any new medications.
- Serum can be mailed to Student Health Clinic Room 016, Cedar Falls, IA 50614-0221
- It is your responsibility to receive your injection(s) as scheduled by your allergist.
