Tickets for each Allen Hospital's Kaleidoscope Children Series performance are $1 per student, "A Buck a Kid!" Everyone - including teachers, chaperones, parents and bus drivers - must be included in your total ticket order if they want to watch the performance. All tickets are general admission and seats are not reserved. School groups are seated based upon special needs and the size of each group.
Reservations are filled in the order they are received, with payment
due four weeks before the performance. If your order is not paid one month
before the performance, reminders will be sent to the ordering teacher
and the school principal. A voucher will be mailed before each performance
to admit the entire group.
If your payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will
be released to the next group on our waiting list. All ticket sales are
final as we are unable to give refunds. Only if a school officially closes
on the day of a planned Allen Hospital's Kaleidoscope Children Series
performance will the GPBAC allow an exchange for another performance.
Official notification in writing from the school principal within three
business days of the performance will be necessary before any adjustment
to your account can be made.
Orders can be taken by phone by calling the GBPAC box office at 319-273-SHOW
or toll-free at 1-877-549-SHOW, online, or you can download the order
form. The box office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5
p.m. and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Payment may be made by purchase order,
check, VISA, MasterCard or
