The Czech Symphony Orchestra (also known as The Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra of Ostrava) was established in 1954 and arose from the Czech Radio Orchestra. In a short time it became one of the foremost symphony orchestras in the country. Featured pianist Derek Han will join the 116 piece orchestra.

Their program will include Dvorak selections of Slavonic Dances from Op. 46 and 72, Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major, Op. 58 and Dvorak Symphony No. 9 in E minor, Op. 95.
