Accessing the Electronic Student Employment Approval Form (SEAF)

The UNI Student Employment Office is transitioning away from paper student approvals. All departments must begin submitting the online student employment approval form (SEAF) by Monday, June 1. Departments are encouraged to begin online submission as soon as possible.

Individuals wanting to have access to submit a SEAF will need to initially complete MEMFIS Authorization for Access to Advanced UNI Time and Self Service Functionality. Please check the Student Employment Approval Form option, obtain the appropriate signatures and mail to the address listed on the form. Access will be granted by ITS shortly thereafter. Once access has been approved, the user will be able to view the student Employment Approval Form link on MyUNIverse, within the MEMFIS tab. This will then allow you to begin submitting electronic student employment approvals.
