Why did you choose UNI?
I chose UNI because it is was a small campus and when I came to visit they had a lot of places that are willing to help you in any way they can. I love the small campus, because the teachers will know you and you wouldn’t have to take a bus to get to class to class.

Do you work on campus? If so, where?
I work at the Center for Multi-Cultural Education.

Specifically, how has UNI's Financial Aid Office helped you with your college education?
UNI financial aid office has made it affordable for me to go to school in a way that my loans are not out of control as well as combining my scholarships and grants to help with my out of state tuition.

What's your favorite place and/or activity on campus?
I love the water fountain in front of Maucker Union. I also like the diversity week activities outside of the Maucker Union.

What is your favorite memory of UNI so far?
My favorite memory so far is meeting new people and the jumpstart program that I attended my freshmen year.

What do you plan to do with your UNI education?
I plan to go to medical school to obtain a Ph.D so I can become a pediatrician.

How would you describe UNI to a current high school student?
UNI is a small campus with a lot of opportunities. The teachers and staff are very concerned with your achievement and are willing to help in any way that they can. UNI also has many facilities that students can go and get help no matter what the problem is.
