The University of Northern Iowa's Educational Opportunity Programs and Special Community Services (EOP/SCS) offers an array of programs designed to meet disadvantaged and minority students' needs. The EOP/SCS administrative office is located on the UNI campus, in 1 Seerly Hall.

Three EOP/SCS academic programs and the office of Military Science/ROTC program are located on campus, and the remaining seven EOP/SCS programs operate out of the UNI Center
for Urban Education in downtown Waterloo, Iowa.
