Room Assignments
Assignments will be available online May 28. Assignment Letters will be mailed June 3.
Your room assignment letter indicates (or confirms for returning students) your roommate and room assignment for fall semester. This information is accurate as of the date it was mailed, but it is subject to change if cancellations occur. We will attempt to notify you if any assignment changes occur in your room. You may view your information online. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes from this link.
Full Year Contract
Your housing and dining contract is for fall and spring semesters of the 2013-14 academic year; if you have the 2-Year Advantage contract for 2013-2015, your contract continues through spring semesters 2015. There are financial penalties for breaking your contract.
Disability and Special Health Needs Accommodation
If you have not already notified us by indicating special needs on your housing/dining contract, please do so immediately. Timeliness determines our ability to meet your disability or special health needs. If you feel you have a need for an air conditioner or special accommodation in your room or in the dining centers, visit the Student Disabillity Services website for information of the procedures to follow to obtain approval. For safety reasons, air conditioners will not be installed in Bender and Dancer Halls.
Contact Your Roommate
As soon as you get your roommate's name and phone number, give him or her a call. Take some time to get to know one another. Discuss what you will be bringing and which of those things you might share (to prevent duplication and waste of space).
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on campus. This includes all of the residence halls.
Room Layout
Your room's layout may be viewed by logging into your housing contract and viewing the information within that page.
