Job Title
ResNet Computer Consultant (RCC)
Job Description
RCCs are the backbone of the ResNet program. RCCs provide the first level of support to users in residence halls and are residents themselves. RCCs must have a general knowledge of computers on all platforms and express a genuine interest in learning about networking technology. RCCs provide connectivity troubleshooting and Internet application support to students using in-room Ethernet connections.

The Resident Assistant is a Department of Residence staff member whose responsibility is to serve as a student advisor to between 30 and 60 students in a University residence hall.
