Lofts

Where can I pick up my loft on move-in day?
Loft pick-up will be at the Campbell Hall lot south of Bender and Dancer and in the Strayer Wood Theater circle drive north of Hagemann Hall (loft pick-up for Noehren and Rider). 
The hours are Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Rented lofts fit in the elevators.

Here's what you will pay this year for the services and convenience of on-campus living. All amounts listed are for the academic year (fall and spring semesters). There is an activity fee of $20 for all students living in the residence halls and ROTH complex. Please click here for rates.

Before Classes Begin

Some recommendations of things to do before classes begin: 

  • Introduce yourself to your resident assistant (RA).
  • Get to know your roommate (background and preferences for such things as sleep time, having guests in the room, etc.).
  • Complete your roommate agreement and room condition report.
  • Get acquainted with your neighbors.
  • Get acquainted with your building.
  • Buy books.

Community Standards

Policies

For security, legal and social reasons, there are time-proven community standards for you and your guests (for whom you are responsible). Violations of these standards can result in disciplinary action and forfeiture of your housing assignment.

Room Basics

You are encouraged to personalize your room in ways that satisfy you and your roommate and comply with maintenance and safety standards. It is usually best to wait until you arrive before buying all the things you may want to use. Ideas about room designs and sources of materials, posters, etc. are easy to get from other residents and local stores. As you envision how you want your new space to be, here are some things to keep in mind:
