We are deeply saddened by the passing of Drake Martin. Drake died Saturday, July 28, 2012, from a fall at Backbone State Park near Strawberry Point, Iowa.  He served as an associate director of Residence at UNI for 30 years.  The messages from those who knew him share themes of respect and gratitude. We lost a funny, creative, loyal, courageous and dedicated friend and co-worker. Though he was part of many successful projects on campus, we admire most his impact on individuals.
