Summer housing will be provided in the ROTH Complex for students who are enrolled in summer sessions and/or working for the Department of Residence.  Summer housing will be provided in Panther Village for students living in this building during the 2012-2013 academic year.

Single rooms are available in limited numbers. Contracts should be submitted early to ensure consideration for these spaces. Residents’ children and/or spouses cannot be housed in the residence hall.

Dining Services
The Rialto Dining Center will be open Monday breakfast through Friday lunch beginning on June 10 and ending July 12.  Due to conference fluctuation, there will be days and meals Rialto will be closed or will have reduced venue optionsl. Please go to this webpage for summer hours (http://www.uni.edu/dor/dining/hours/summerhours.htm).  Meal deals and dining dollars may be purchased online at www.uni.edu/dor/contracting. Rialto Dining accepts dining dollars, cash, or charge to U-bill.  Refer to the menus in the Quick Links section at www.uni.edu/dor for menu availability. 
 
Maucker Union retail operations will accept cash, credit card, dining dollars, allow u-bill charging to those that qualify and credit card.  Hours will be posted in the halls. 
 
Room Furnishings
Each room includes single lofted beds, chest of drawers, desks, chairs and window blinds. Residents provide their own linens, pillow, towels, blanket, cell phone and other personal accessories. Refrigerators, microwaves, and stove/ovens are provided in kitchens in all living spaces.  Refrigerators less than 4.5 cubit feet are permitted, along with TV, stereo, hair dryer, popcorn popper, coffee pot and other small UL-approved appliances. For safety reasons, appliances (other than those listed) are not permitted. If you have any questions, contact us at (319) 273-7051.
 
Parking
Contact the University Police office, 30 Gilchrist Hall, (319) 273-2712 if you need a summer parking permit.
