ROTH Suites
The suite contract is for the academic year. Students who will be enrolled for only one semester, are eligible for placement in a suite, only. Each ROTH suite is designed for as many as 12 people. Two wings of up to six occupants are connected by a kitchen and central living/dining area. Each wing includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms are for single or double occupancy. Each wing houses either all male or all female residents. However, a mens wing and womens wing may be combined into a co-ed suite.
There are 14 suites located in the ROTH Complex.
The following things are standard in every suite:
- Kitchen includes a sink, garbage disposal, two microwaves, two stoves and one refrigerator.
- Dining/living room includes tables, chairs, couches and a 19 inch color TV.
- Bedrooms include a loftable bed, closet, desk, chair and small dresser for each resident, computer access and telephone access.
- Each bathroom includes a two-sink vanity, shower and toilet
