ROTH Apartments
There are three styles of ROTH apartments from which to choose. Up to two people may live in a one-bedroom apartment, up to four in a two-bedroom apartment and up to six in a three-bedroom apartment.
The following things are standard in every apartment:
- Kitchen with sink, garbage disposal, stove and refrigerator.
- Dining/living room includes table, chairs and cable TV access.
- Bedrooms include a loftable single bed, closet and small dressor for each resident, telephone access, cable TV and computer access.
- A bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
- Apartments are designed for residents of the same sex.
Six-person units also include a walk-in closet and two bathrooms.
There are 6 two-person apartments, 22 four-person apartments and 8 six-person apartments.
