ROTH Apartments
There are three styles of ROTH apartments from which to choose. All apartments are double bedrooms.
Residents must be enrolled for the entire academic year to live in an apartment.
The following things are standard in every apartment:
- Kitchen with sink, garbage disposal, stove and refrigerator.
- Dining/living room includes table, chairs and cable TV access.
- Bedrooms include a loftable single bed, closet and small dresser for each resident, cable TV and Internet access.
- A bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
- Apartments are designed for residents of the same sex.
Six-person units also include a walk-in closet and two bathrooms.
There are 6 one-bedroom apartments, 22 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments.

Four-person apartments with a designation of "A" have a different design than "B" apartments.
