There are 40 two bedroom apartments with central air conditioning and approximately 720 square feet of living space. Some of the units are carpeted. Jennings Courts apartments are all electric. There are units with bathrooms modified for the physically challenged. Availability of these units is limited. Jennings Courts residents are responsible for all electrical payments to Cedar Falls Utilities
