University Apartments Options


College Courts

Located on the main campus, bordered by 30th and 31st Streets, College Courts consists of 24 cement block duplexes with approximately 650 square feet of living space per apartment. Each of these 48 apartments have two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, bath, central air conditioning and carpet. In College Courts residents are responsible for gas, electrical, sewage and water payments to Cedar Falls Utilities.

Jennings Courts

The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with central air conditioning
and approximately 720 square feet of living space. Jennings Courts apartments are all electric. There are units with bathrooms modified for the physically challenged. Availability of these units is limited. Jennings Courts residents are responsible for all electrical payments to Cedar Falls Utilities.

Hillside Courts

Located 1/2 mile from the main campus on the southeast side of campus, all Hillside Courts apartments have central air conditioning. There are three apartment types A, B and C.

The "A" apartment is a one-bedroom unit with central air conditioning and approximately 450 square feet of living space. Hillside residents are responsible for gas and electrical payments to Cedar Falls Utilities.

"B" apartments are two-bedroom units with approximately 700 square feet of living space. There are three different floor plans with central air-conditioning.
