Hillside-Jennings Apartments Options


Jennings

There are 40 two bedroom apartments with central air conditioning
and approximately 720 square feet of living space. Jennings Courts apartments are all electric. There are units with bathrooms modified for the physically challenged. Availability of these units is limited. Jennings Courts residents are responsible for all electrical payments to Cedar Falls Utilities.

Hillside

Located 1/2 mile from the main campus on the southeast side of campus, all Hillside Courts apartments have central air conditioning. There are three apartment types A, B and C.

The "A" apartment is a one-bedroom unit with central air conditioning and approximately 450 square feet of living space. Hillside residents are responsible for gas and electrical payments to Cedar Falls Utilities. There are 80 "A" apartments.

"B" apartments are two-bedroom units with approximately 700 square feet of living space. There are three different floor plans with central air-conditioning. There are 154 "B" apartments.

The "C" apartment is a two-bedroom, two story townhouse with central air conditioning and approximately 850 square feet of living space. There are 42 "C" apartments.
