University Apartments has 363 unfurnished apartments in three locations near campus. We believe you will find a living situation which meets your needs.
In order to apply for University Apartment housing you must be admitted to the University of Northern Iowa.

The office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday during the academic year; summer hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Apartments are shown by appointment.
