Fall 2009 Early Arrivals -
Residence Hall Opening Info
- Residence halls open Friday, August 21, at 8 a.m.
- If you want to move in on Thursday, August 20,
for a $30 charge, you may do so without completing a form.
- If you have signed up for the the 2-Year Advantage Plan, you may move in on Thursday,
August 20 for no additional charge.
Please note: Students will not be able to move in to Dancer or Noehren prior to August 14.
Group Arrangements
If you are responsible for a group of students needing to make arrangements for members to arrive earlier than the above stated dates, please follow this link to complete your request. You will need to provide the names and UID numbers of the students arriving early as well.
Daily charges will apply and meal service is on a cash basis in the dining center, convenience stores and restaurants.
Individual Requests
Effective August 15 students will no longer be allowed to submit their "individual" requests on-line. You will need to contact your hall office and speak to the Residence Life Coordinator or the Hall Secretary to request early arrival.
