Wedding Reception Planning

As you plan, consideration should be given to your guests' experience throughout the event. Your food budget for the event depends on many factors, particularly the time of day for the wedding, the length of the reception, and of course, the number of guests. Your event timing impacts the amounts and types of food to be served and should be discussed with us early in the planning stages, to create an event workable for you. Amounts of food for receptions and buffets are based on experienced estimates for a typical event; however we do not guarantee that a particular item will be available throughout the reception as each group of guests are unique in their likes and dislikes of certain foods.
Once we determine that space is available when you need it, reservations have been made, and our services meet your needs, one of our event planners will meet with you to discuss your wedding reception. There are many decisions to make and you will want to start thinking about the details as soon as possible. This is an essential part of making your wedding a success.
