Add another Entree:

If you would like to offer a choice of two entrees to your guests, all of the side dishes and accompaniments will be the same for all guests. The event planner will determine the appropriate complementary foods for the entrees selected. The highest price of the two entrees selected will determine the price for all guests, with a minimum of an additional $2.00 per person charged in the event that the two entrees are similar in price range. Entrees will need to be pre-selected by guests and a system for identification of guests choice will need to be implemented.

Children’s Option:

Choose ½ portion of entree for children under age 7 and deducted $5.00 per child’s plate or for $13.95 order a Child’s Chicken Nugget for the entrée.

Dances

Having a dance at your event? Please provide us with the name and phone number of the musician and the time that they will be arriving to set up. Complimentary coffee is provided for the duration of the dance and 1 table will be provided for the Band or Deejay.

Alcoholic Beverage bars close one half hour prior to the end of the dance. Events must end by 11:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and by midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.


Decorating the Space

The following are guidelines for decoration of the space.

  1. We can order colored table linens, chair covers and sashes or you can bring in your own.
  2. Open flames are not allowed. All candles must be enclosed with glass. Votive candles and candles in hurricanes are allowed. We can provide the votive candles and tea lights with holders.
  3. Artificial flower petals may be used in the lounge on the floor (no real flower petals) or can be used on the tables. Real petals can stain the floor or tablecloth. No flowers on the floor in the ballroom.

Coordination and Communication

Please let us know the following:

  1. Name and phone number of the cake designer and arrival time.
  2. Name and phone number of the deejay and their arrival time.
  3. Name and phone number of the photographer.
  4. Name and phone number of the florist.
  5. Names of the hosts and hostesses.

Billing

One half of the estimated bill is due 30 days before event and the remainder in full is due at the end of the event.

Additional fees:
  • Votive Candles and Tea Lights with Holder - $0.40 each
  • Event Planner - $200.00 per additional hour
  • In House Table Cloth - $3.75 per additional table cloth
  • Special Order Table Linens (chair covers, sashes, tablecloths, runners, napkins, etc.) - cost + 10 %
  • Bar Minimum - $75.00 per hour
  • Keg Fee - $185.00 per keg (service only, does not include keg)
  • Chef Fee - $150.00 per hour for carving/display cooking
  • Ice Sculpture - $300.00 per sculpture
  • 5 % service fee will be applied to total of all events
Extended Hours Service
  • Events lasting longer than 5 hours from the arrival of the first guests for the reception to the departure of the last guest will be charged $125.00 per hour.
After Midnight
  • In the event that we are able to accommodate an extension to the time frames listed above, a service fee of up to $300 per hour will apply based on the space contracted.
