If you would like a dessert only reception, please talk with your wedding planner for pricing and options.
Please let us know the following:
Having a dance at your event? Please provide us with the name and phone number of the musician and the time that they will be arriving to set up. Complimentary coffee is provided for the duration of the dance and 1 table will be provided for the Band or Deejay.
Alcoholic Beverage bars close one half hour prior to the end of the dance. Events must end by 11:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and by midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
One half of the estimated bill is due 30 days before event and the remainder in full is due at the end of the event.
Event Planner - $200.00 per additional hour
In-House Table Cloth - Provided by GBPAC
Special Order Tablecloths - Cost + 10 %
(chair covers, sashes, cloths, runners, napkins)
Bar Minimum - $75.00 per hour
Bar Transport Fee - $50.00 per bar
Chef Fee - $150.00 per hour for carving/display cooking
Ice Sculpture - $300.00 per sculpture
A 5 % service fee will be applied to total of all events.
Events lasting longer than 5 hours from the arrival of the first guests for the reception to the departure of the last guest will be charged $125.00 per hour.
In the event that we are able to accommodate an extension to the time frames listed above, a service fee of up to $300 per hour will apply based on the space contracted.
