You will need to use your CatID to access the online contract. Your username is the unique 3-8 character account name that identifies you as a member of the UNI community. For students, your username is the portion before the @ sign in your UNI email address. See CatID for more information.
Your initial password is in the format mmdd$nnnnnn (mm is the first 2 letters of your birth month, dd is the 2 digit number of your birth day and nnnnnn is your 6 digit univerity ID#, example: ja01$123456). For security reasons, you are required to change your password the first time you log in.

Disabilities and Special Needs Accommodation
If you feel you have a need for an air conditioner in your room please click here for information on the procedures to follow to obtain approval. For safety reasons, air conditioners will not be installed in Bender and Dancer Halls.
A single fee of $200 will be assessed for installing and usage of an air conditioner.
Contract Cancellation
Students who are currently living in the residence halls or ROTH should contact their hall office for contract cancellation information.
