Student/Community Organizations Move In Crew Application

Please complete the application below for your Student/Community Organization to be part of Move In Crew for Fall 2014.

This application must be completed by no later than July 1, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.

Please list those who will be volunteering from your group in the text boxes at then end of the application.

For each organization there will be at least one person designated as a Lead. This person will provide their organization’s crew with the proper information from the UNI Move In Crew committee by notifying them of the schedule and expectations for volunteering on the Move in Crew. The lead will maintain contact with the Move In Crew committee. Crew Leads will receive information from the Move In Crew committee member to receive proper information about your group’s role in the Move In Crew process.
By typing my name in the signature of this application as a primary contact, I am agreeing that all information I have provided is true. If chosen to participate in Move In Crew, I will serve as primary contact and receive information from the Move In Crew committee and relay this information to my organization. By signing this, I also agree that my organization and I will work 7 hours for the days we can work over the opening weekend, which will be scheduled and sent through correspondence with the Move In Crew committee. Breaks will also be scheduled in shifts. If my organization’s ability to participate changes, I will notify the Department of Residence by July 31, 2014. I, along with my group members also realize that we will also have to sign a waiver that will be coming at a later time, before participating in Move In Crew. This signed waiver by each individual will show that each person is voluntarily helping and that each person is doing this at their own risk physically.
